Thank you for shopping with Rameen Fragrances. We are committed to providing a smooth and reliable shopping experience for our customers across Pakistan.

Order Confirmation

To ensure smooth order processing and reduce fake orders, all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders require advance shipping charges to be paid through JazzCash or Easypaisa for confirmation.

Once an order is placed, our team will contact you via WhatsApp or phone with payment instructions. Orders that are not confirmed within 48 hours may be cancelled.

Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver nationwide across Pakistan.

Processing & Delivery Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Major Cities: 2–5 business days

  • Other Areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times may vary during public holidays, sales periods, or due to courier delays beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout where applicable.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, advance shipping charges must be paid before dispatch. The remaining order amount will be collected upon delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

Failed Deliveries

If a customer refuses to accept a confirmed order or cannot be reached by the courier, future Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may be declined.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos so we can assist you promptly.
